Aïd Al Wahda, a song for 31 October
On 31 October 2026, Morocco celebrates Aïd Al Wahda (Unity Day) for the first time. This national holiday was decided by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God grant him victory, and announced on 4 November 2025. It marks the adoption of UN Security Council Resolution 2797 on 31 October 2025.
To accompany this celebration, I wrote and composed “عيد الوحدة – Aïd Al Wahda”, released on 2 October 2026 on all platforms.
It is a simple song with an easy chorus, so that everyone can sing it: children, families, schools and associations, in Morocco and across the diaspora. It speaks of unity, memory and belonging, from Tangier to Lagouira.
The lyrics are available on my YouTube channel, so you can learn the chorus before 31 October.
